Evening training =)
I had i friend coming over for some training (Pierre Johnsson) and it was a light fun one. Double 20kg 5 of each exercise (me 5 he 5) swings, Cleans, Press, Snatch, Squats and 5 bulldog Swings, this 3times. Then Bulldogs swings from 10 down to 1 alternating. And some overhead walks with 20kg and some Farmers walk with 40kg + 32kg 100meter
