100 is done =)

Ok my snatch test of 100 is done and i fell like its time to work on conditioning hard after the 12 week on Kettlebell Muscle so i have my 6month ahead of me cut out =)

Thursday
Free from all training

Friday
Started the day with 5 minutes of snatch test and made 100 =)

Then some hours of rest and fun with my son , he is going on vacation tomorrow ;)

then some
Kettlebell muscle heavy day
DCL*5
DMP*5
FSQ*5
DPP*5
FSQ*5

4Times with 90seconds rest

If you wants to get muscular and are working out with kettlebells buy Kettlebell muscle and read and follow it ;)
