I am going to do Rite Of the Passage from enter The Kettlebell (ETK) by Pavel so i can press half my body weight and do 200 24kg Snatch in 10minutes.
To do so i am following a simple (not easy) program by Pavel, ROP and today was day one.
So follow along and see what happens =)
Day one.
I started with Joint mobility
Indianclub drills 5minutes #1-5
Some swing/Snatch warm up
16kg 5/5 swings and direct 5/5 Snatch
20kg in the same mater
24kg 5/5 swings
5 Minutes of 50% 24kg Snatches
5*5/5
Then Clean and Military presses 28kg
3 Ladders of 1 up to 3 (18 presses)
Ended with some good hip stretch =)
