I had a group class at 07:00 in the morning and when that was done i stayed and did my practice.
I started with 5minute jump rope
Then
TRX hamstring curl (hip lifted)
Sandbag Snatch
TRX one arm pull and one arm Kettlebell press.
Back to jumping rope for 3minutes.
TRX low back row + biceps curl
Sandbag Rotated lungs power clean
Kettlebell Swings 1H
TRX pistol
Jump rope 1minute
TRX suspended lunge
Sandbag Staggered shouldered squats
Kettlebell Swins 2H
Tactical pull ups
And i was finished =)
