i have started to train again a week ago, just light work and i am going to do so for some time yet.
I am doing my kind of Easy Strength Training 3 times a week and one DVRT sandbag training.
Todays practice was this.
Mobility drill (as always)
TGU 20kg 5*1/1
Press 24kg 1*1/1, 1*2/2, 1*3/3 and 1*4/4
Pull Ups body weight 1*4, 1*3, 1*2 and 1*1
Swings 24kg 110
And ended with some grip practice CoC
Warm up with Trainer 3*3/3
CoC 1 4*2/2
CoC 2 3*1/1
