One thing i have learned from being around good and strong RKC instructors is that mobility is a must to have good strength and you fell better =)
So i am working hard on my own mobility because it sucked big time when i joined the RKC, but its mush better now not 100% but better and its going to get better every day with hard work.
Todays easy strength work
Mobility work fist then
TGU 24kg 5*1/1
Presses 28kg 2*5/5 , 32kg 1*1/1 (just a test =) )
Pull ups 12kg 1*2, body weight 1*2 *3
1Leg DL 24+24kg 2*5/5
Snatch 20kg 10/10, 12/12, 14/14
