Life is not always easy for me but i am working on it =)
Since the last time i wrote here it has been some ups and downs of my mental status but i am back and kicking ;)
i will start writing my training here again and start with todays practice.
I have been practice the whole time but not that hard.
Easy Strength practice Light and slow today =)
Indianclub Swinging as a warm up
Partial TGU (From back up to hand) 32kg 1*5/5, 36kg 1*3/3
TGU 40kg 1*1/1
Double kettlebell squat 28+28kg 3*3
Double Kettlebell Press 28+28kg 3*3
Push up with feet elevated 6feet 2*5
Abs Wheel 2*10
Snatch 28kg 6/6 every minute for 5minutes
