Some light training today just to keep my body loose.
I did a walk/jogg first and keep in mind to move correct in the hips and relax the shoulders.Next was was Corrective one leg deadlift 24kg 5/5 and then some work on making a Pistol.
Ended with 15/15 swings for fun.
