My new Blogg is up and running.
I am going to wright down my training here for all of you.
I will start by writhing down yesterdays training.
Double Presses with 24+24kg Kettlebell
4 Ladders of 1-3 and the last one 1-4
Overhead walk double 20kg for 2*25meters
And some swings with the 40kg (Bulldog) 4* 5/5/5, 1*10/10 and last one 2h 10
Then some relaxing , loosing up (i do that the whole training) and some stretch.
That was a good one
