Indian Clubing

No i haven't been at a Indian club dancing =) hehehe that would be a sight.
I got in to my Indian clubs again after some weeks of not doing it and it felt good real good.
Indian clubs are a old tool to get your body in to shape with movement and let your brain work hard.
I will get back in track doing some Indian club, Clubbells and barefoot running again together with my Kettlebell training, just some good old time training for a healthy body and soul.

Yesterdays training was light but good.
Wallsquats 10
Z-health drills for foot, hip, T-spine and shoulders.
Crocodile breath.
15minutes of Indian club drills.

That was nice relaxing practice.
