Haven't written here for a while :( have had a lot of stress in my body (i have PTSD) so i havent written or trained proper for some days.
I am on my way to USA and CK-FMS next week and my body is going in to stress mode, so i havent slept all that good this weekend (3-4 hours), my training has been relaxing and breathing some some days now but i have cold down i bit.
Today i did some training =)
Snatch 24kg for 5minutesand i did 102 and thats not bad for my body after a weekend with nearly no sleep hahahaha.
After that it was time for some TGU but not just TGU but Mr Mark Cheng TGU and thats to make every move as beautiful as possible and slow so i get it right.
12kg and 5/5 thats not easy and it took like 15minutes to do.
