Swings, Pull ups and Snatch

Started my day with some Z-health drills for ankle, T-spine and shoulders, it felt goooood =)
After a cup of coffee i felt like doing some fun work (felt like it before i did anyhow) so i went to a pull up bar and took my 24kg Kb with me for some training.

I did swings, Pull ups and Snatches in this fashion.

Pull ups 3
swings 7/7
Pull ups 4
Swings 6/6
Pull ups 5
Swings 5/5
Pull ups 6
Swings 4/4
Pull ups 7
swings 3/3
Pull ups 8
Swings 2/2
Pull ups 9
swings 1/1
Pull ups 10

The i started to go up with Snatches from 2/2 to 10/10 and did my Pull ups down to 1
It was hard woow and it took some time for me but i am going to do did one faster the next time i do it . My underarms burned big time =)

I am going to do some Brettzels and Crocodile breath before i go to bed now so it has been a good day today.
