Furnace workout and Snatches

Todays training was fun.
I started this morning with some Z-health and FMS corrective exercises.
Foot and ankle movement drills.
T-spine drills.
Shoulder drills.
ASLR drill.
Wall squats.

The after some time it was Kettlebell training.
I did something Mr Dave Whitley has come up with and its called Furnace workout.
It was Laurel Blackburn at Boot Camp Fitness and Training who gave me the idea =)
It is TGU and Swings.

Begin from standing with the kettlebell locked out overhead. All sets are 45 work / 20 rest

  1. Overhead lunge left
  2. Overhead lunge right
  3. Swing
  4. Kneeling windmill left
  5. Kneeling Windmill right
  6. Swing
  7. Getup to palm Left
  8. Getup to palm right
  9. Swing
  10. Full Getup left
  11. Full Getup right
  12. Swing
and after that you will now why its called Furnace ;)



After that some rest and then some Snatches

5/5 20kg
5/524kg
5/5 28kg
5/5 32kg
and 5/5 Swings 40kg
