I started this morning with some Z-health and FMS corrective exercises.
Foot and ankle movement drills.
T-spine drills.
Shoulder drills.
ASLR drill.
Wall squats.
The after some time it was Kettlebell training.
I did something Mr Dave Whitley has come up with and its called Furnace workout.
It was Laurel Blackburn at Boot Camp Fitness and Training who gave me the idea =)
It is TGU and Swings.
Begin from standing with the kettlebell locked out overhead. All sets are 45 work / 20 rest
- Overhead lunge left
- Overhead lunge right
- Swing
- Kneeling windmill left
- Kneeling Windmill right
- Swing
- Getup to palm Left
- Getup to palm right
- Swing
- Full Getup left
- Full Getup right
- Swing
After that some rest and then some Snatches
