Did some fun and nice workout in the sun today =)
3* 10minutes rounds with 5 minute rest between
Did some battling rope, and a lot of double 20kg Kettlebell exercises like swings, Clean, see saw presses, squats,Jerks, snatch and pull ups, push ups =) The two first rounds started with a Get up and 30meter of over head walk (when i came up in standing before i got down again) on each side but the asphalt was soooo hot that i didn't do it the last round hrmmm.
Did 5 reps on each Kettlebell exercise and 10 to 20 on the Battle ropeI felt the sun burning and my feet was hoooot =)
