Cardio and movement

I felt the training from yesterday :) training in +27 Celsius (80F) took its man to do =) but nothing stops a Giryavik on a crest hahaha

Today was Conditioning (VO2MAX) and movement (TGU)
TGU 5/5 24kg Kettlebell

Vo2MAX 30set of 7 reps (15/15) with the 20kg Kettlebell

It was a nice practice that felt good.
