New club and presses

Was at a friends place yesterday and we put together a new club for training that we are going to work with =) so things are moving in a nice direction.

At home a friend asked me to join him in a afternoon swim and i did, it was cold but refreshing.
Then it was time to press some bells, i did a small and light practice.

Military presses in a ladder with the 28kg 1-5 reps
Then some clean with the 40kg 5/5
Back to presses 32kg 1/1, 2/2, 3/3
Some more clean 40kg 5/5

And thats was all for that day and we went out and shoot some pole

Are doing my FMS every day and i am more limber than i have been for 25 years =)
