Woke up today and felt great =) so i did a nice practice and correcting session.
First was the correcting.
Stick work

Shoulder sweep.
Scapular Stability rotation
shoulder stretch
This 3 times
3*10 Single leg lowering Active
3* hip stretch
Then time for Kettlebell practice
All done with 32kg
TGU 1/1
Snatch 5/5
Push press 5/5
And double 32kg Cleans
This 2 times
Then i went down to 24kg for 1 more and added Swings 40kg 5/5/5 at the end of that one.
A nice practice in the sun.
