RKC Roadtrip =)

It has been some time since i was here last time, i have been on the road and done some fun stuff in USA St Paul and Denmark.
In St Paul it was the CK-FMS with Gray Cook and Brett Jones. We were 102 who came and joined the Dragondoor, FMS event.
There was a lot of people and i meet many new friends there.
First day in St Paul went to visiting the Mall of America the biggers Mall in the states and it was big.
It had a fun-park in the middle and stores around that =)

Thene it was 4 days of hard but fun studding of the system of CK-FMS and a lot of lab work of the thing we was tough.
But every night we went out and had us some good steaks and had fun with the people there like Mr Pavel him self, Mr Dave Whitley, Mr Brett Jones and many more.
There was some really strong and lovely lady's to who are showing that its not only for men but for all of us who likes to train.

Now i am going to do a case study to be part of the CK-FMS so its just to get to work.
I was home fore to days before i went to Denmark and the RKC there.
I was an assisting instructor in Team Geoff Neupert Master RKC.
It was a fun and learning experience and i meet up with Mr Pavel, Mr Kenneth Jay and Mr Dennis Frisch and some other RKC brothers and sisters there.


Back home again and tired so i have taken it soft for some day but are now on again and giving my body tough love again doing some corrective exercises.
