Since i was in St Paul i had been doing correcting exercises to get up my ASLR and SM to 2/2 before i get back to Kettlebell practice.
So today i did two practices, one in the morning and one later in the day and i have done some stretching over the day to.
Morning.
A 6klick walk and run (3/3)
Started with some stick work.
Then some Single leg lowering Passive, Wall sit and Wallsquats.
Later today.
Stick work
Brettzell, Armbar, Single leg lowering Active.Foam roller T-spine and some Toe touch.
Now its time for two grilled burgers with one breed and before that it as i big salad =)
