Some fun morning practice

Started my day with a big cup of coffee before my training =) I was thinking of doing some fast fun work today and it was.
Just ripping some good practice with my bells and then go for a bike ride in the sun.

Started with some Cleans, Squat and presses with double 20kg bells, 5 reps 5 times with some fast and loose between.

Then it was time to do a ladder work with Swing and Push ups that to with double 20kg.
i started with 10 swings and one push up and kept going so in a ladder fashion with Swings from 10 to 1 and Push ups from 1 to 10, it was a nice practice and i am going to fell it tomorrow :)


Then me and my son went for a bike ride for 2,5 hours just having fun ;)
