Correcting Pressing and Swings

Wow i havent been here for a while again :( but i have been practicing ;)

Wensday was correcting day

Thursday
Correcting
I started with Crocodile breath 7minutes
Brettzell 2.0
Stick work
4*10 Single leg lowering Active
And hip stretch in super set

Then Kettlebell practice
Ladder from 1-10 with Gobletsquats and 10-1 of swings 2H 20kg done together ;)

Friday
Correcting all thou the day with Toe touch.

Saturday
I started with Crocodile breath 7minutes
Brettzell ( Tommy Blom gave me that ide to do the original Brettzell first and it was awesome)
Brettzell 2.0
Stick work
3*hip stretch
3*10 Single leg lowering Active

Then some Kettlebell Practicing
3*ladders of 1-4 24kg double Military presses
200 2H swings 24kg
