Today was the first time since i was in USA that i trained with my Kettlebells.
I have corrective my movement and now its time to start practice my strength to.
I started with Crocodile breath 7minutes (i just love that exercise)
Brettzell 2.0
Stick work
4*10 Single leg lowering Active
And hip stretch in super set
Then it was time for some strength practice
Clean and Press 28kg, 2 ladders of 1-3, 1 ladder of 1-4 and 2 ladders of 1-3
Double Clean 32kg 2*5
And some Snatch practicing with the 16kg 100 reps
Then it was time for a shower and RKC uniform =) the local newspaper came to do a piece on me and RKC training =)
