I was tired today so i thought that i should have a rest day but in mid day i felt that i had to do something and i got out in my yard and pressed some, that woke me up and i even did some snatch and swings.
Clean and Press ladder with the 28kg
5 ladders. 3ladders of 1-4 and 2 ladders of 1-3.
Pressing 2352kg
Then i did some snatch and swings
12kg 10/10 snatch
16kg 9/9 snatch
20kg 8/8 snatch
24kg 7/7 snatch
28kg 6/6 snatch
32kg 5/5 snatch
40kg 4/4 swings
48kg 3/3 swings
It was a good practice and i rewarded myself with 500g of meat this night ;)
