Rave a rest day today but felt like doing something anyhow, so i went for a long walk (1,5 hours) through the forest down to the city and home again.
At home i felt like some light training and did 4 different push ups 3*5 with my weight vest on (5kg)
Then some biceps and triceps with my TRX, dont train arms like that any more but some time its fun.
Went in and put myself on my Shakti spiked mat for 45 minutes and fell asleep :)
Woke up and did 4*10 Active Single leg lowering
