Morning practice to be a better man

Now i am a better man


Did 100 snatch 20kg

3 circles of 10 gobletsquats and 5/5 one leg deadlift 20kg + 5/5 swings 40kg =) with Fast and Loose between


And after that i felt awesome
and went for a cup of coffee in Helsingborg with some friends.
