Today was my rest day from iron but that dont mean lazy day =)
I started the morning with Z-health drills After that was a 5k run on the beach in my Vibram five fingers =) it felt good but i know tha my calf's is going to hurt tomorrow =)
I do GTG presses with my 32kg Kettlebell 3 times over the day to , this to keep my felling for the weight.
