Started the day with work, had two older girls ;) (65-70) who i have done a lot of TGU with last time a saw them a week ago and they said that TGU was the funniest and best exercise they ever done =)
I did it whit no weight and they did it in 6 movement doing 5 reps per move per side.
That and Wall squat and they were done =) but felt like the body corrected it self ;)
My training today was Kettlebell Muscle medium day with double 20kg
DHP*5
DSN*5
DMP*5
DSQ*5
4 rounds with 120seconds between
