I am on my second week of Kettlebell Muscle but i missed a day last week when i was traveling so i am doing it from this week.
I started with Stick work and FMS correction work
ASLR 3*10
Hip stretch *3
Brettzell 2.0
armbar
Toe touch 10reps
Frog squat stretch
overhead squat as stretch 2*5 per side
Double 20kg Bells
DSW*5
DSN*5
SSP*5
4 times with 90second rest between
And ended with Brettzell
