Fill good today =) have done some good training and stretching tis morning and my son Oskar did some good training to.
Start by telling what i did yesterday.
Started the morning with Z-heath Neural warm up II and 10minutes of Indianclub.
It was a good start =)
Then before work, OL snatch stretch and technical learning.
Its hard but fun, did 4 sets of 10 with a aluminum bar and some ankle mobility drills.
today was 3day heavy day on the list =)
IT WAS HARD =)
started with Stick work
triset of wallsquat 10reps, hip stretch and ASLR 10reps

Armbar.
then coaching my son =)
His training (he is 11)
Wallsquats 5
TRX back pull 5, squat 5, biceps 5 , triceps 5 reps and 10swings
and this 5 times
After that some swings and goblet squats from 10 swings 1 gobletsquat to 5/5
