I only did my bootcamp this weekend because the kettlebell muscle takes a big piece out of you =)
Had one Bootcamp in Helsingborg where they did a hard one and one lighter on Sunday in Engelholm .
Monday
Didn't fell good on Monday so i slept nearly the whole day :(
Tuesday
Did the first day of Kettlebell Muscle week 2

that was a nice one but when my son Oskar came and said lets go for a tour on your inlines i said YES but after like 30minutes a was toast hahaha but i did 1,2hours anyhow ;)
