It was an active rest day today so i did some relaxing exercises.
Started the morning (after my cup of coffee) with Neural warm up from Z-health.
Then some jumping rope30second on/10secondsrest 10times
And ended with some movement exercises.
,work the back with foam roller,
10minutes indianclub work,
Brettzell 2.0 and Brettzell
