Walking the walk

After 3 weeks on the kettlebell muscle program i felt like Mr Neupert was right =) i should t train kettlebell on my off day, i can fell how hard it is on my body so i am backing down and just doing the program and some walk/running light.

WEEK 4

Monday Medium day.
DHP*5
DSN*5DMP*5
FSQ*5

5 round with 90second rest

MULE day
walk 40minutes
Mule 10 times of 60seconds run, 30seconds sprint and 15seconds of walk.
Fund a nice trail to do it on, a dirt bike trail with ups and downs ,slippery and full of rots =)
walk 20minutes home.
