Dont do what you want, do what you need to

After a couple of week with some a weak mental state (i have PTSD) were i was really down yesterday i did a break for it with my Kettlebell and we have to see if it helps =) .

Thursday training.
Light kettlebell muscle day

6 rounds of
DSW*5
DSN*5
DSS*5
...With 120seconds rest between

Then some Pistol practice
Then Pistols

Fridays training.

Went for a long walk that ended as a

walk/run =)
after 35minutes of walking i started to do a MULLE run (Mulle is that you run on small trails in the forest up and down the trail) I did 5 times of 60seconds run, 30second sprint and 15 seconds walk. Then a 20minute walk home =)


Came home made some phone calls and got depress t big time =( lay on the bed and felt my mind was wandering around so i took my self in the neck and went out for a second practice to get so tired so a could go to sleep after, and i did =) )

    Ska köra dessa 12 veckor och se men jag har redan börjat få bättre form på kroppen (muskulösare)
    Sedan kommer jag gå in och köra förbränning/kondis och styrka i Pistols, Press och Tactical pull-up genom ett ege program och VO2MAX ;)
