This is what i had, two 20kg bells, a timer and some water.And that is in my hallway and it took me 40minutes whit a nice warm up.
And a big heart to go to work =)

I did my Medium day on week 5 today and it fell t awesome .

I had 3 days of of (njaa not really i did some clubbelling on Saturday Mills with 10kg 40/40,30/30, 20/20 and 10/10 before the Bootcamp) so it felt great to go to work on the iron today.
