10minutes of #1-5 Indianclub Swinging
ASLR 3*10
Tall kneeling presses as warm up 5*16kg, 3*20kg and 1*24kg (nice warm up)
ROP ladders 2*1-3 28kg
And some light Snatches 24kg 50reps
Tuesday: VO2MAX
Indianclub Swinging #1-2 one hand
VO2MAX work 16kg 16rounds 8 reps
Wednesday: Medium ROP day
15Minutes of Indianclub Swinging #1-5
10 Toe touch
Halos 12kg
Tall kneeling presses as warm up 5*16kg, 3*20kg and 1*24kg
3/3 TGU 12kg
ROP ladders 3*1-3 28kg
Pistol Try 3/3 12kg (its try because i dont do good pistols but getting there)
7minutes og 2h Swings 24kg
