Swinging the 32kg again

It has been awhile since a took the 32kg for some swings but i did it today and are going to keep doing so =)

It felt good to =)
My shoulder is still acting up so i did some lighter bottom up presses today and wow did i have a imbalance between right and left, the right felt stable but it was hard to press with the left.
A good way to check the symmetric in the body.

Started with joint mobility drills
10minutes of indianclub swinging #5-1
Bottom up presses 16kg 3*5/5
Swings
10/10 16kg
10/10 20kg
5/5 24kg
and 200 swings 32kg, 20, 10/10, 10/10, 20, 10/10, 10/10, 20, 10/10, 5/5, 5/5, 10, 10 in lees then 15minutes
and as an end was 3 round of
5 snatch
5 clean
5 swings
With double 20kg with 90seconds rest between the rounds.

Relaxed with some Crocodile breath 7minutes and 45 minutes on the spiked mat (shakti)
