A slow and nice practice =)

Did a slow and good practice today just getting the filling in the things i did.


Indianclub swinging for 20minutes #1-5
Foamroller for the back
The stick on my legs
Brettzell
RKC arm bar 16kg
Brettzell 2.0
Windmills 2/2 16kg, 3/3 20kg and 5/5 24kg
Double Kettlebell squat 5*5 24kg
Double Kettlebell on leg dead lift 3*5/5 24kg

And ended my practice with some nice stretch from relax in to stretch

    I am doing 3 hard swing/snatch practice a week and 2 slow ones,
    thats good for the my body =)
