Todays training
Indianclub Swinging #1-5
20/20 12kg Halos
Double presses 20kg, 10*2
Swinging for 45minutes with a 24kg, 10*20 2H, 10*10/10 1H, 5*20 2H, 6*10 2H= 560
And ended with Crocodile breath
