It was a fast but heavy practice today, i took my good old friend the Bulldog out for a Swing =)
It our 3 year anniversary this month and i havent putting down so mush time with her ;).
So today it was in work =)
Todays practice.
15 minutes of Indianclub Swinging #1-5
TGU 24kg 3/3 i still fell it in my shoulder so i do them slow and controlled and without the hip bridge were i fell pain in the shoulder. But it good to let the shoulder move around in the socket =)
2H Swings 40kg 5*15,05*10, 5*5 150 Swings
Ended with some light snatching 16kg 15/15/10/10/5/5
And some good relax in to stretch =)
