I am going more conditioning now as you can see from this weeks practice and today was no different =)
Snatch and Swing =)
after two days of rest i was ready for some fun again ;)
Started with some Z-health mobility drills
Then Indianclub practice #1-2
Then it was time to Snatch, i did it in a ladder started with 10/10 and went down to 1/1 just to chance again up to 10/10 =) 218 reps with the 24kg.
Done in 20minutes
Rested (or reclaimed my breath ) for 3-4 minutes and started to Swing
Did that to in a ladder fashion 2H 20 then 18, 16, 14 you get the it down to 2 and then up again to 20, 200 reps in 15minutes with the 24kg
It was nice and i sweet a lot =)
