Did a conditioning and fat burn practice today =)
Went on to do Snatch and Swings for 35-40minutes with a 16kg, i did 500 and thats 8000kg lifting ;)

Foam roller back work
RKC Armbar
Double 20kg presses 5*3
Then some nice snatching 16kg 10/10 *15
And swings 16kg 10/10*10
that was a nice one and i was socking wet after it =)
So how to use a Kettlebell to burn fat, you dont need a bunch of exercises and doing it complicated just listen to Mr Neupert Master RKC
