Todays practice was not about conditioning nor strength but MOVEMENT =)
I started with Indianclub swinging, thats a real good warm up and shoulder opener.

Then it was Brettzell time, both original and 2.0
Some Toe touch

28kg 1/1
Should have done the 32kg to but in that small space i have it didnt fell safe, ALWAYS SAFETY FIRST =)
Then over to double Kettlebell squats
3*5 double 24kg
And finish of with 1 leg dead lift 20kg
3*5/5
And some stretches from Pavels Relax in to stretch
