Todays training was light but fun =)
After a good weekend it was practice time and Snatch was was up.
I started with
Indianclub swinging 20/20 on all #1-5
15/15 halos 12kg
Did some light presses Double 16kg 3*5
24kg snatch 5/5 on the minute for 7minutes
15minutes of 1H swing with a 20kg 10/10 dont know how many and dont care ;)
ended with some good Crocodile breathing for 6minutes
