Its Monday and press day so i did some pressing and watching The Big Bang Theory ( watching in the rest time )
I started with some Indianclub swinging, doing movement #1-2 and #4-5 from The Club Swinging essentials DVD .
The #4-5 movement really work the brain =)
then some Tall kneeling Halos with the 16kg and some tall kneeling presses.
16kg 5/5
20kg 4/4
24kg 3/3
28kg 1/1
Some Brettzells to get the T-spine some movement then on to pressing.
Double 28kg presses
11 sets of 2:s was it today, i didnt fell that happy with the form but i was i little stronger today so that was good.
Vo2Max Swinging
14 rounds of 32kg swings ( i did 8 reps a round today)
And ended with some snatch fell with the 28kg 7/7
I fell it in my legs from the TRX work yesterday so the swing was hard today
