It Holidays and my Temple has mental pain =( the scares of the past opens up a bit.
So what do i do? i treat the pain whit pain =) ( never train in pain but you get what i mean ;) )
So i started with some nice warm up doing some mobility drills and movement drills.
Then i was the TRX that got to take care of me today, that and the Clubbell that i havent used in a long wail ( Thank Mr Rif you gave me some inspiration to use it again).
TRX 45sec work with 15 sec rest for two rounds
Over head squats
Pistols
Low back rows
Triceps Kick backs/Triceps press
Biceps curl
Low chest press
Shoulders Y and I
Shoulders T and M
Kneeling roll outs
Hip and hamstring curl
Body saw
And Hindu push up on push up board
Then some Barbarian presses with a 15 Ib clubbell

SvaraRaderahope your treatment worked.getting into the present always helps deal with pain from the past, I've found. Nothing better than some bells and some clubs. those barbarian presses are cool!

I havent done clubs for a long while but it was fun to play with them again =)
I did a Clubbell cert with Scott Sonnon in 2008 but i havent been using them so mush but that are going to change ;)
The Barbarian press was fun.
