1009 swing over the day today =)

Last year there was a 1000 swing day around the Holidays so i did the same this year =)

1day and 1000 swings.

I started 09:30 this morning and ended now 17:45 having done 1009 swings with the 28kg =)
Thats 28252kg swinging.
I think i am going to fell this in the morning but thats Hard style hahahaha.

    well done man, it kills me though, that Tracy and her girls regularly knock out 1000+ swings in less than an hour! I can't do it but they sure can.

    well done and I would be very very happy to do 1000 swings in a 24 hour period,lol

    Yes thats was my thought when i did them that Tracy and her gang do this in an hour =) that kept me going.
    You two are giving me so much inspiration to go beyond what i did before.
