PR on the presses today =)

I fells good now after the practice =) i did a Personal best today on the double Kettlebell presses ;)

To be good at presses you have to press a lot )=


Todays practice
Indianclub swinging 15minutes #1-5
Brettzell
Some stretch with the TRX for the shoulders
Press warm up done in Tall kneeling
5/5 16kg
4/4 20kg
3/3 24kg
And on to the real work
Double Military presses with 28+28kg
10sets of 2reps and 1 set of 1 rep and 1 fail Pb

Vo2max 32kg swings 10reps per round 14 rounds

Snatch 28kg as practice 5/5

And some stretching as cool down

  2. ska få mer kräm i höften ;)
    kör nu bara swingar många eller tunga så att jag år mycket kraft i höften,
    kände lite på snatchar idag 28kg och dom var lätta nu när jag kört tunga swingar.
