And warm was the word =) Todays practice got me real warm.
I started with some good joint mobility drills and then some Indianclub Swinging #1-5
Some low body stretching and mobility work came next
Then it was time for some good old practice.

Then 45 minutes of 24kg Swings =) i did 557 today
I did them in ladder fashion from 24 swings down to 2 then up again to 24 and then down again to the time was ended. I did both 2H and 1H swings
It was a nice one indeed =)
