Old time movement
Its funny =) Things they did in the past without cool pink rubber band and specially made stability balls was better for the body and the things people do at gym today.
Like this children with some clubs at school =)
How can it be that we with all your cool stuff and the so called pros like the PT at the gym of today dont are close to have the mobility and as strong as they was in the days?
Can it be that we have forgotten the basics and are more interested in more cool exercises and gadgets instead of things that works? i think so ;)
Over to my practice this Tuesday.
I started with 15 minutes of Indianclub swinging #1-5
Then some Brettzell
Press warm ups
16kg 5/5
20kg 5/5
24kg 3/3
Then it was time for the double kettlebell military presses.
24kg+28kg
15set of 2
Next week it s 28kg+28kg =)
Over to Swings i a Vo2Max mode
32kg and 10reps per round and side
12rounds 120swing
It was a good days work =)
