Some relaxing training today =)

Its a TRX training day and it was good =)

Started with 5 minutes of jumping rope as a warm up.
Then some Skinning the cat and goblet squat with the TRX.

The training today was 9 exercises

Overhead squats 1minute
30second rest

Hamstring curls 1minute
30second rest

Back and biceps as one (fist 1 rep back then 1 rep biceps curl) 1minute
30seconds rest

Pistols 30seconds per leg
30seconds rest

Shoulders Y and I pulls 1 minute
30seconds rest

One leg squats 30second per leg
30seconds rest

TRX Muscle ups 1 minute
30seconds rest

Triceps 1 minute

DONE =)
Now its a big salad then some home made tortillas with beans and meat =)
